Well, it's only a few days to go now before the fun begins!

Most Australians are flying out over the next few days, and we're all looking forward to meeting up with everyone, old friends and new!

We do have a couple of people over there already scouting out the lie of the land, although I'm not sure how much help Disney World will be for Zone! :D

Maybe you can adapt some Disney-tactics for using in Worlds? Singing and dancing while defending a base in musical-style? :o Seeing you Wraith and Doc do that would probably grumble the last bits of my sanity and render me unable to play again ever.

We have also two guys scouting New York at the moment and second wave of Nordic Invaders are coming to NYC tomorrow. Can't wait to get there. It will be great to see you guys and play against the very best of the World!

Hope that Quantas grounding all planes don't cause any problem to Aussie players and they do get in NY all right.

I flew with V Australia. It appears that was a good decision! On the other hand, I still have to get to New York, and I believe JFK is closed due to snow storms right now!

Today and yesterday there was successful flights from Helsinki to JFK, i think only part of the airport is closed... On the news was that there will be more snow, but not so much than yesterday... Hope that is true :)

WTF are you talking about? I see 2 delayed departures; everything else - including Quantas flights - looks normal.

Cool. I kinda like the snow. The crunch, crunch, crunch when you walk. And the way to changes the ambient sounds. I live in sunny California now, and miss the seasons.

Anyone else going to Niagara on this trip...? When I was a kid i saw it frozen in some places - almost solid. I will NEVER forget that sight! I hope to get some great photos at night, rain or snow!!!
